Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play. Then, select Enable. Done!

I had to set mine up too! Just navigate to Settings, then Users and Accounts, followed by Other. Click Console Sharing and Offline Play, and enable it.
