Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, then select Activate. Easy peasy!

Head to the Settings menu, click on Account Management, then find 'Activate as Your Primary PS4' and select 'Activate'. You're all set!

Deactivate any other PS4s first, then go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and hit Activate. Done!
