If you're using a USB headset, just plug it into one of the USB ports. Then go to 'Accessory Settings,' select 'Audio Device Settings,' and set your headset as the input and output device. All done!
First, turn on your PS3 and go to settings. Navigate to 'Accessory Settings' and select 'Manage Bluetooth Devices.' Put your headset in pairing mode, then select 'Register New Device' and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing.
