I've done this myself: install the Chiaki app from the Discover app store on your Deck. Log in using your PSN details, get that link code from your PS4/PS5, and you're good to go!

First, download Chiaki (an open-source PS Remote Play client) from the Discover Software Center on your Steam Deck. Then, open Chiaki and log in with your PlayStation Network credentials. Pair your PS4/PS5 with the Deck using your console's link code, and voila, you're streaming!
