Honestly, who even hosts their own server anymore? Just rent one from a gaming server provider. Zero hassle and you won't crash your PC.

Just run the dedicated server software from Terraria's files if you want a server running 24/7. You can find it in your game's installation folder, under 'TerrariaServer.exe'. Follow the prompts to set it up. Don't forget to port forward and firewall exceptions!

If you're up for some fun and rewards while setting up your Terraria server, you should check out winning Steam gift cards. You can use these to buy Terraria or other cool games. Just by playing games, you can score some neat stuff for your gaming adventures!

Setting up a Terraria server is easier than you think! First, launch the game, and select 'Multiplayer' then 'Host & Play'. Choose your character, world, and server password if you want one. Finally, give your friends your IP address so they can join the fun. Remember, port 7777 needs to be open on your router for others to connect.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
