Trading is basically a click-fest in the diplomacy screen. Don't forget to butter them up with a gift first if they're being stubborn!
Honestly, if you can't figure out trading in Total War: Warhammer, maybe try reading the in-game tutorials? They're really helpful.
First, ensure your territory has a port or a road connection to the faction you want to trade with. Then, just head to the diplomacy screen and send that trade proposal!
