It's as easy as plugging in a 3.5mm jack into the controller. If you don’t have the jack, get the adapter. Done deal.
To set up your Turtle Beach headset with your Xbox One, just plug the headset’s 3.5mm audio jack into the bottom of your Xbox One controller. If your controller doesn’t have a 3.5mm port, you'll need the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. You're good to go once it's connected!
For wireless models, connect the wireless adapter to the USB port on your Xbox One, hold the power button on the headset until it pairs with the console, and you’re golden. Wired headsets just plug into the controller, simple as that.
I’ve been using a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 on my Xbox One for years. Just connect the headset’s wireless transmitter to the console via USB, press the sync button on both devices, and voila! Enjoy crisp audio and clear chat.
