You need an Ethernet cable, broadband internet, and a router. Connect your Xbox to the router, then follow the prompts on screen to sign up for Xbox Live.

Been there, done that! Grab an Ethernet cable, plug it from your original Xbox to your router, then follow the on-screen steps to get Xbox Live up and running.

Seriously? It's 2023! But, if you're going retro, just connect your Xbox to a router with an Ethernet cable, and follow the setup wizard for Xbox Live.

Alright, for old-school gamers! To set up Xbox Live on the original Xbox, first, make sure you have a broadband internet connection. Then, connect your Xbox to your router via an Ethernet cable. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to create an Xbox Live account.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
