From my experience, you start by creating a story (photo/video). Tap the sticker icon at the top and find the “Link” sticker. Add your URL there.
Just tap the chain icon to add your link, simple as that.
If you've never done it before, it's quick: add a photo/video to your Story, tap the sticker icon, select “Link,” and drop in your URL. Easy peasy!
