Easy peasy! Set your Xbox as the 'Home Xbox' for the account that has the Game Pass. Any other account on that console can then use Game Pass.

I’ve done it! Set the Game Pass holder’s account to 'Home Xbox' in the settings. This lets other accounts on the same Xbox use Game Pass benefits. Cheers!
