How to Share Games on PS4 Between Accounts
Set the PS4 you're using as your primary console for the account that owns the games. Then, other users on the same PS4 can access those games! Just go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. Easy peasy!

Here's the trick: Log into the account that owns the game on the PS4 you want to share to, then set that PS4 as the primary console for that account. This lets anyone using that console play the games from that account. Voila, game sharing enabled!

Been doing this for years! If you make your friend's PS4 the primary console for your account, they'll have access to all your games. Just remember to trust each other!
