From personal experience, trust is key here! Log in with your friend's account, download the game, and then switch back. Works like a charm!

You can game share on PS4 without setting a primary by logging into your friend's account on your console, downloading the games you want, then logging back into your own account. Just make sure your friend trusts you with their login details!
