From my experience, the best way to share items in The Division 2 is during a mission with your squad. Open your inventory, select the item you want to share, and drop it. Your teammates will thank you!
Simply find the item in your inventory, check if it鈥檚 shareable, and then drop it during a mission when you're with your teammates. They can pick it up and use it.
Hot take: Sharing items is overrated. Just focus on your own gear and grind.
