You can share PS Plus by setting the primary account on your PS4 or PS5. Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. Now, other accounts on that console will have PS Plus benefits!

As someone who's done this, just make sure to activate the primary account on the console. Everyone else gets the goodies too!
