You need to go into Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5. This will share your PlayStation Plus benefits with all other users on that console.

Easy peasy! Just set your console as your 'Primary PS4' or 'Primary PS5.' All other profiles on that console will get the Plus benefits. Happy gaming!

From personal experience, once you set your PS4 or PS5 as the primary console, anyone else using it can access your PlayStation Plus perks. It's a win-win!
