You can't directly share your screen on Instagram, but you can record your screen first and then upload it as a video! Easy peasy!
For live screen sharing, there's no way to do it directly on Instagram. Use screen recording apps or third-party streaming tools.
Screen sharing isn't an option on Instagram right now. Maybe someday, but for now, stick to recording and posting.
