Super simple! Just go to your Steam Wishlist, and you'll see a 'Share' button right at the top, beside your profile name. Click on that, and you can copy the URL to send to anyone. Make sure your wishlist settings are set to 'Public' though, or no one else can see it!

Actually, just send them your account name. If your privacy settings are cool with it, they can find your wishlist on your Steam profile.
