Epic Games hasn't enabled transferring V-Bucks between accounts, even on the same PS4. Maybe they'll change that in the future, but for now, you're stuck.

Unfortunately, you can't directly share V-Bucks between PS4 accounts. Each account keeps its V-Bucks separate. Best bet? Use a Fortnite gift card!
