To enable shift lock, go to Settings (the gear icon), find the 'Shift Lock Switch' option, and set it to 'On'. Then, press the Shift key while in game!

Just hit the Escape key, go to Settings, turn on 'Shift Lock Switch', and you're good. Press Shift in-game to toggle it.
