Just slap that bad boy in a sleeve and a toploader, then toss it into a bubble mailer. Easy peasy.
Honestly, I think people overcomplicate it. As long as it's in a sleeve and you've got some cardboard for support, it should be fine in a standard envelope. I've shipped cards like that and never had an issue.
