Simply tap and hold the shoot button until the meter is filled to the optimal point, then release. Practice to perfect your timing!
I'd recommend always swiping up on the shot meter for a more precise shot. Holding and releasing works well too, but swiping is superior IMO.
Shoot by tapping and holding the shoot button; release when the shot meter hits the sweet spot. It takes practice, but you'll get it!
