Easy-peasy! Get your vehicle equipped with torpedo modules, then press L1 to shoot. Just don't hit a wall!
First-hand experience here: I equipped my Prawn Suit with the torpedo arm, armed the torpedoes, and in no time, I was blasting away with L1. Just aim well and have fun!
You gotta craft a Seamoth or Prawn Suit with the torpedo upgrade. Then, hop in, aim, and hit L1 to launch your torpedoes!
Don't bother with torpedoes. Use the stasis rifle instead. It's more fun!
