Showing your FPS in Apex Legends on Xbox isn't as straightforward as on PC since the Xbox doesn't have an in-built feature for displaying FPS. But, you can keep an eye on performance through the Xbox’s developer settings. To access these, you need to turn your Xbox into a dev kit, but beware, it's not recommended for casual use as it can affect your warranty and overall system stability. For a safer option, consider external performance monitoring tools or hardware.

You can't directly show FPS on Xbox like on PC, mate. Xbox doesn't support that kind of overlay.

Actually, I tried looking for this a while back and turns out, Xbox doesn’t offer an FPS counter like you’d find on PC versions of games. Best bet is to judge by eye or look for online performance reviews of the game on Xbox.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
