How to Show Ping and FPS in Apex Legends on Steam
Easy peasy! To show your ping and FPS in Apex Legends on Steam, just hit the '~' key to bring up the console when you're in a game. Then, type in 'perfoverlay.drawfps 1' to get your FPS display going. For ping, currently, the game doesn't have a direct console command, but you can see it in the data center menu before joining a game or by enabling in-game performance icons in the settings. Heads up, you will need to enable the console from the game properties in Steam if it's your first time.

Nah, just keep an eye on the gameplay, not the numbers. It鈥檚 all about those wins, not the FPS or ping!
I turned on the FPS counter once and suddenly noticed I was way too obsessed with numbers instead of enjoying the game. Didn't make me any better at landing those headshots, just more anxious. So yeah, you can do it, but don't lose the fun over it.
