How to Shuffle a Deck of Pokemon Cards
The pile shuffle is great for Pokemon TCG. You just take the deck, and lay out a number of piles (usually 5 or 7), by placing one card on each pile in a sequence until all cards are distributed. Then, stack the piles back into a deck. It's a bit time-consuming but also lets you ensure your deck is evenly mixed without bending the cards.

Just mash 'em together. Seriously, put half the deck in each hand and gently push the corners together so they mix. It鈥檚 quick, easy, and keeps your cards in decent shape. You might not win any shuffling competitions, but your cards will thank you.
Shuffling a Pokemon deck? Easy-peasy! Just use the overhand shuffle. Hold your deck in one hand, then repeatedly take small bunches of cards from the bottom with your other hand and place them on top. It's gentle on the cards and good for a casual game. Want to look more pro? Try the riffle shuffle. Just split the deck in half, angle the corners together, and let the cards riffle into each other. Make sure to do it on a soft surface to avoid damaging the cards!
Riffle shuffling hurts the cards. Avoid it. Stick to overhand or mash shuffling to keep your precious Pokemon cards safe from wear and tear.
