Basically, it's only possible if you're playing specific Xbox games on the Switch, like Minecraft. You'll be prompted to sign in when you launch the game.

You can sign into Xbox Live on your Nintendo Switch by downloading a compatible Xbox game like Minecraft or Ori, then follow the prompts to log into your Xbox Live account.
