Super easy! Just click on your profile pic at the top right, then select 'Log out' from the dropdown menu.
Really short version: Profile -> Settings -> Log out. That鈥檒l do it!
From personal experience, all you need to do is tap your picture, hit settings, and scroll down to log out. Simple as that!
