Super easy! Just go to the Facebook app, tap the three horizontal lines (menu button), then go to 'Settings & Privacy' > 'Settings' > 'Media'. You'll find the option to toggle off sounds there.
You can mute Facebook sounds by going to the app's menu, tapping 'Settings & Privacy', selecting 'Settings', then 'Media', and toggling off 'In-App Sound'.
Simple! Open the Facebook app, tap the three lines in the bottom right (or top if you're on Android), scroll down to Settings & Privacy, select Settings, tap Media, and toggle off the 'Sounds in the app' option!
Use 'Do Not Disturb' mode on your phone to hush all those notifications, including Facebook!
