Just a heads up, you can't skip all cutscenes, especially the first time you're seeing them. Honkai Star Rail designs some cutscenes to be integral to the story, so you'll need to watch those at least once. But for the rest, the skip button is your best friend.
Why skip? Some of those cutscenes are epic! But yeah, if you must, just tap and skip.
Can't skip, won't skip. Trust me, those cutscenes are worth every second.
