A friend told me about this trick and it worked! In Steam, right-click on Apex Legends, go to Properties, then Set Launch Options, and add '-novid'. This skips the intro videos so you can dive straight into the action. Plus, you get to the main menu a tad faster.

Totally feel ya, those intros can eat into game time. On Steam, right-click Apex Legends in your game library and select 'Properties'. Then go to 'Set Launch Options' and type in '+fps_max unlimited -dev -novid'. This should skip the intro when you start the game. Just a heads-up, make sure to double-check for any typos!

Just alt-tab and chill till it's over. Works every time.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
