You can download a save game file that's past the mission you're stuck on. Just make sure you pick the right save file that aligns with how much of the game you've completed. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility, so use it wisely!
There's really no 'legit' way to skip missions. But, for educational purposes, you could use mods or cheats if you're really stuck. I used a mission skipper mod once when I was totally done with flying school. Felt a bit like cheating, but hey, my game, my rules!
