In State of Decay, there's no direct way to skip days. You gotta tough it out and survive each day, my friend!
Just keep playing and complete objectives! Time will pass faster when you're having fun (or frantically avoiding zombies!).
Honestly, the only sure-fire way to skip time is to exit the game and come back later. The game world progresses while you're away!
