Simple: Get 5 Titanium Ore, stand next to a Hellforge or better, and craft those bars. Make sure you're in hardmode, or no titanium for you!

To smelt Titanium in Terraria, you first gotta find yourself some Titanium Ore. This is no easy feat since it only spawns in the hardmode worlds after you defeat the Wall of Flesh. Once you've got your hands on that shiny ore, you need to head over to a Hellforge or any higher-level forge and use it to smelt the Titanium Ore into Titanium Bars. Remember, it takes five ores to make one bar, so stock up!

Actually, you need an Adamantite Forge, not just any Hellforge. Upgrade a Hellforge with Adamantite/Titanium Ore to get the right equipment for smelting those tough Titanium Bars.

Smelting Titanium? Just remember, it's 5 ores for 1 bar, and make sure your forge is upgraded. Without that, you're just holding fancy rocks.
