Honestly, just have a Spider Donut from the ruins in your inventory and use it in the fight. Muffet will let you go right away.
To spare Muffet, make sure you save up 999G and buy a Spider Cider or a Spider Donut from one of the bake sales. Show it to her during the fight, and she鈥檒l let you go without any trouble!
