Honestly, just use mods or the debug console. Easily the quickest way to get any card you need.
You can use the starting console command Ctrl+F and search for specific cards too. Just type 'giveitem Card name' without quotes.
Hitting up the secret room or using The Hermit card can sometimes spawn other cards, so keep an eye out!
My go-to: use the cheat console with 'giveitem card' – it’s just fast and easy.
