Can confirm, Truffle Worm is the key. Caught one after hours of trying, and bam, Duke Fishron showed up ready to party. Make sure you're geared up; he's no pushover.
Spawning Duke Fishron is pretty epic, you gotta fish him out! First, snag yourself a Truffle Worm from the Mushroom Biome; these sneaky little critters are fast, so be ready. Next, head to the Ocean biome and use a fishing rod with the Truffle Worm as bait. Be prepared though, Duke Fishron doesn't like being disturbed and he'll come at you full force. Good luck, you're gonna need it!
