Easiest way: whip out your in-game phone, dial up some cheat codes. For a Buzzard Attack Chopper, hit up 1-999-289-9633 (BUZZ-OFF on your keypad). Gotta note tho, cheats disable achievements and trophies for that session. So, save your game before you start the cheat-spree!
