Mods are your friend! Use the Teardown Mod Loader and download spawn mods from the Steam Workshop to add that feature.
Spawning items in Teardown isn't natively supported, but you can use community mods like the 'Item Spawner' mod. Just download it from the Workshop, and you’re good to go!
I've tried the 'Unlimited Tools' mod on the Steam Workshop, it works like a charm for item spawning. Give it a shot!
