How to Spawn Items in Terraria Console
Sadly, you can't just spawn items in Terraria like you can in some other games with a command console. However, there is a workaround. You can use multiplayer to trade items with other players. Nope, no direct way to spawn items in Terraria console. Gotta play the game and earn 'em the hard way, buddy.
