To spawn Mothron in Terraria, you gotta wait for the Solar Eclipse event, which happens randomly after defeating at least one mechanical boss. So, get past those mechanical bosses and keep your fingers crossed for a sunny day turned dark. Mothron only appears after Plantera has been defeated, so make sure you've taken care of that big flower first. Good luck!

Easy peasy - just smash those mechanical bosses and then bamboozle Plantera. After that, Mothron will come knocking during a Solar Eclipse. No special summons needed; Mothron is all about that natural disaster vibe.

Actually, you don't need to do anything special. Mothron will show up on its own if you've reached the right point in the game (post-Plantera and during a Solar Eclipse). So, keep playing and it'll happen!

Why bother? There's plenty of other cool stuff in Terraria to explore without stressing over Mothron. Just enjoy the game!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
