Honestly, why bother spawning them when you can just explore and let them surprise you? The real thrill of Terraria is the unexpected encounters. Plus, farming mimics the traditional way gives you a real sense of achievement!

Protip: Keep your eye on chests that seem out of place. Natural mimics spawn themselves in the wild. They're the sneaky chests that bite back when you try to open them. No keys needed, just a keen eye and a sense of adventure.

Easy peasy! To spawn normal mimics in Terraria, all you gotta do is place a Key of Light or a Key of Night into an empty chest. If you're team Light, use the Key of Light for a Hallowed Mimic, but if you're feeling a bit more dark and mysterious, pop in the Key of Night to spawn a Corrupt/Crimson Mimic. Just remember, once you put the key in, stand back! You're about to have a fight on your hands.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
