Cheats aren't necessary in Subnautica. Exploring for the fragments is half the fun!

To spawn Seamoth fragments, press F3 to open the debug menu, then press F8 to activate your mouse and uncheck 'Disable Console'. After that, press Enter and type `spawn seamothfragment` to get one. Easy peasy!
