Spawning Skeletron Prime is pretty straightforward but does need prep! Wait for night (7:30 PM in-game time) and use a Mechanical Skull. You can craft one at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil with 30 Bones, 5 Iron Bars (or Lead Bars), 3 Soul of Light, and 3 Soul of Night. Make sure you're ready for a tough fight, this mechanical boss doesn't mess around!
