Spawning the Eye of Cthulhu is a right of passage in Terraria! The most straightforward way is to craft a Suspicious Looking Eye at a Demon or Crimson Altar using 6 Lenses dropped by Demon Eyes (those pesky flying eyeballs at night). Once you've got your Suspicious Looking Eye, just use it at night (between 7:30 PM and 4:30 AM in-game time), and brace yourself for the fight. Remember, if you don't defeat it before dawn, it'll despawn.

Honestly, just wait. The Eye of Cthulhu can also spawn naturally if you've got over 200 HP and at least 10 defense, plus three NPCs. It's gotta be night, though. So, if crafting's not your jam, play the long game!

Crafting? Waiting? Too mainstream. Pro tip: Keep getting stronger and it'll come for you. Eye of Cthulhu loves a challenge.
