You can't really 'spawn' the Traveling Merchant per se; he comes and goes as he pleases. However, the odds are in your favor after you have at least 2 NPCs and it's daytime. Just keep playing and checking throughout the day, he'll pop up eventually to sell you some nifty items!

Actually, having more NPCs increases the chances of him showing up. So, focus on building houses for all those NPCs to move in. Also, make sure it's daytime in your game. The Traveling Merchant likes to make his appearances then.

lol patience is key, my friend. Just play the game, he鈥檒l show up when you least expect it. Maybe when you're broke, haha.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
