Spawning the Twins in Terraria is like calling upon a nightmare, but in a good way if you're geared up right! You gotta craft a 'Mechanical Eye' at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. You'll need 6 Lenses, 5 Iron Bars (or Lead Bars), and 3 Souls of Light - you can find all these goodies by defeating the monsters in the underground Hallow. Once you've crafted your Mechanical Eye, wait for nightfall in-game (has to be at night, or those twins will give you the cold shoulder), then click it in your inventory to summon them. Good luck, you're gonna need it!
Tried summoning the Twins once without being fully geared. Big mistake. Make sure your armor and weapons are top-notch 'cause these mechanical monsters are no joke. Craft the Mechanical Eye, summon them at night, and brace yourself for an epic fight.
