To spectate in PUBG on PC, you can click 'Watch' on the main menu, choose a friend from your friend list who is currently in a match, and click 'Watch' again. It's that simple!

When your teammates die in duo or squad mode, you can automatically spectate them until the match ends.

You can't directly spectate random players in PUBG PC. You can only watch friends who are already in a match.
