I tried tampering with my Hot Wheels jeep by adding more powerful batteries and lubricating the moving parts. It definitely went faster, but be warned: it can wear out the motor quicker. Also, ALWAYS double-check the manufacturer's instructions to avoid damaging your toy.

One way to speed up your Hot Wheels battery-operated jeep is to swap out the stock batteries for higher voltage ones. Just be careful not to go too high or you might damage your jeep. Another trick is to lubricate the gears and axles to reduce friction. A little drop of silicone-based lubricant can go a long way. Lastly, make sure the wheels and axles are clean and free of any debris that could slow it down.

Swap the batteries for higher voltage ones. Just don't overdo it, or you'll have a mini runaway jeep on your hands!
