Adjust your system settings for performance over quality. For consoles, try switching to performance mode. On PC, lower the graphics settings a bit to lighten the load. Works like a charm for me every time!

Make sure your console or PC isn't running like a grandma on dial-up! Close other apps and give NBA 2K all the attention. Also, having the game installed on an SSD can make a world of difference. Happy dunking!
