How to Split Army in Total War Attila
Super easy! Just click on the army you want to split, then ctrl-click the units you wanna move. Drag them to the out-of-army area to create a new one.

On the campaign map, select the army, then hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click on the units you want to split off. Finally, drag them away or hit the 'Transfer' button.
From my experience, select the army, use 'Ctrl' to pick units, and drag them to a new spot. Done and done!
Honestly, it鈥檚 easier just to build a new army. Saves the hassle!
